Follow your treatment plan to feel your best!
Creating a treatment plan is a big step to taking care of your mental well-being. Healthy actions that may apply to you include:
- Alcohol or substance use disorder treatment and follow-up
- Mental health treatment and follow-up
- Continue taking your mental health medications as recommended by your provider
- Follow-up within 30 days after a hospitalization or ER visit for behavioral health conditions
Important steps to take include:
- Visiting your provider. Schedule a visit with your mental health or substance use disorder (SUD) provider at least once a year for treatment. If you can’t see your provider in person, schedule a virtual visit through Teladoc Mental Health Complete. Search for an in-network provider.
- Follow-up with your provider. Complete a follow-up visit with your mental health or SUD provider. If you can’t visit your provider in-person, use one of the following options for follow-up care:
- Attend a virtual visit
- Work with an Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield case manager or peer support specialist between provider visits
- Call Lucet for help after a hospital stay (available 24/7)
- Taking your prescribed mental health medications can improve your treatment success. Missing doses can cause problems or lead to a hospital visit.Earn your reward by:
- Switching to a 90-day supply of medicine OR fill your medication at one time on a set day of the month using med sync
- Signing up for local pharmacy delivery or mail order. Speak to your pharmacist about signing up for delivery. Call the pharmacy phone number located on the back of your member ID card for mail delivery.
